Competitor figures are third-party quoted prices: publicly posted prices from each provider's own pages (as indexed by search engines) or from review sites, not verified at checkout. In this snapshot, TikTok follower packages actually ran higher than Instagram's: the median was about $4.00 per 100 (15 providers) and about $19.99 per 1,000 (15 providers). Followium's $2.49 and $11.49 are roughly 38% and 43% below those medians. The spread between the cheapest and priciest 100-follower packages was more than 4×.
Why prices differ so much
The gap between a $1 listing and a $4 listing for the same 100 followers almost always comes down to one thing: how the delivery is sourced and how long it's guaranteed to last.
- Rock-bottom prices (roughly under $1.50 per 100) are commonly tied to the fastest, lowest-retention delivery and little or no refill window.
- Mid-range pricing (roughly $2.50–$4 per 100) usually funds more durable delivery and a real refill policy. Followium includes a lifetime refill while pricing its smallest tier at $2.49 per 100, just under this band, and less per 100 at larger quantities.
- Premium/VIP/targeted tiers (above $5 per 100) typically add country or niche targeting, priority support, or instant delivery on top.
We don't promise our tier is the only acceptable one — plenty of people are happy with a cheaper, faster, lower-retention order for a one-off purpose. We just price ours to cover an honest lifetime refill, and we'd rather say that plainly than claim to be "the cheapest" when we're not.

Why do prices vary so much between providers?
Mostly delivery quality. The cheapest listings are often lower-retention delivery with short or no refill coverage. Mid-range and premium tiers usually fund gradual delivery and longer refill windows.
Is the cheapest option always the worst?
Not necessarily, but prices far below roughly $1.50 per 100 followers are worth double-checking for refill terms and delivery speed before buying, since that's where quality most often drops off.
Why are likes and views cheaper than followers?
A like or a view is a lighter, one-time action tied to a single post, while a follower is an ongoing relationship on a profile that needs to hold up over time — that difference in durability is reflected in the price.
